By accessing or using the website operated by Towers Armory ("we," "us," or "our") at towersarmory.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
2. Age Requirements & Eligibility
You must meet the following age requirements to rent machine guns from Towers Armory:
- All rentals: You must be at least 18 years of age
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all shooters
By using this Site and placing a reservation, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements and are legally allowed to handle firearms.
3. Range Rules & Safety
- All rentals must be used on our indoor range. No firearms are allowed to leave the premises.
- All shooters must sign a safety waiver before entering the range.
- Pregnant women and individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol are strictly prohibited from the range.
- Towers Armory reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
4. Reservation & Payment Terms
- All reservations are subject to availability and range capacity.
- Prices do not include applicable sales tax.
- All sales are final once the rental session begins.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is the property of Towers Armory or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
